Add 2-5 drops for diffusing, steam inhalation, bath water or as a lymph tonic with oil massage or dry brushing. Dilute for topical application - massage on belly, chest, or soles of the feet. Add 10-15 drops per one ounce distilled water, oil, or bath salts.
