Enjoy a socially distanced outdoor market with unique artisans and food trucks while taking in the spectacular view of the ocean.

This one of a kind market will be held in two parking lots along West Cliff Drive, Santa Cruz. This is always a popular spot for locals and tourists, as it over looks the famous Steamers Lane surf spot . The market will feature one of a kind gifts and a chance to shop in an outside environment while overlooking the ocean .

In addition to the lovely boutiques and atmosphere of the Mill Valley Lumberyard, every second Saturday the Makers Market hosts this open air craft fair featuring work from local artisans.

Grab a coffee and spend the day shopping at the 10+ Maker's booths and at the unique retail shops, followed by lunch at one of the local eateries. A perfect day!

This lovely selection of artists are inspired by and share a love for organic, natural, handmade creations.

At this event many of the vendors will be donating a portion of their proceeds to Planet Bee - an environmentally focused charity with a mission to educate youth on environmental issues . White Sage Wellness will be donating 10% of all essential oil sales.

Although the healing properties of each plant varies, the overall intention when we cleanse with herbs is to clear out negative energy and remove blockages from self or space.

In this workshop we will create two Earth-based ritual tools for use in your daily wellness practice. We will make one herbal smudge wand and bind wild feathers to create one beautiful smudging fan. All natural materials are local, sustainably sourced, and wildcrafted.

In class we will:

• Begin with a short smudging ritual.

• Connect with the plants and animal spirits of the materials we use.

• Learn about the various attributes of the plants.

• Discuss sustainable harvesting methods.

• Design one smudge bundle and one feather fan.

Sacred tools are those objects, symbols, plants, and words that anyone might use when connecting in to a spiritual, religious, or mindfulness practice. Come by the farmer’s market and then shop this long-term, annual craft fair. The focus is on local, handmade, sustainable work from over 30 Bay Area artists, crafters, and makers.

The Craft Fair runs three consecutive Saturdays, but White Sage will be there on the last Saturday, December 22. Get your last minute shopping done!

 We will begin with a guided scent meditation and intention setting process. You will design one scent to make into 4 total essential oil gifts - choosing from aromatherapy spray, body oil, and bath salts.

 We will discuss the healing potentials and safety precautions of essential oils, as well as how to combine different notes for a well-balanced blend and a more powerful aroma.
