We will begin with a guided scent meditation and intention setting process. You will design one scent to make into 4 total essential oil gifts - choosing from aromatherapy spray, body oil, and bath salts.
We will discuss the healing potentials and safety precautions of essential oils, as well as how to combine different notes for a well-balanced blend and a more powerful aroma. Bring your essential oil questions and we will explore their many, multi-purposeful uses and applications in daily life.
