My intention is to help you explore what’s holding you back & what’s blocking your flow, and to help guide you on a path toward living your most vibrant life. I believe that self-care is our greatest ally in overcoming the challenges of daily life. That’s why my work focuses on custom-crafting a self-care plan and tool-kit that serves the individual needs of each client. I want you to take-away useful and easily accessible practices that can truly make a difference in your life and overall well-being - practices that can help decrease stress and anxiety and foster better communication and relationships.
I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2016. I describe my style of counseling as holistic and integrative, with a focus on self-care, creativity, and empowerment tools.
